1. How can you advertise a job vacancy through AME?

All you have to do is request a JOB VACANCY ADVERTISING FORM from our office, which shall help you find applicants suiting the profile you require.
After filling in the form, you have to return it to our office, by fax, personally, through our webpage www.agenciaempleo.com and/or by mail at: agenciaempleo@pemsa.org.

2. What do we offer?

  1. We provide consultancy to enterprises, in defining the job positions available and the professional profiles required to fill the respective job positions, as well as assistance with filling in the job vacancy advertising form.
  2. We place at your disposal in a rapid, simple and totally FREE manner our database of jobseekers or persons in search of a better employment, exclusively pertaining to the municipality of Moncada.
  3. The profile of the jobseekers registered in our database offers a wide range of options as regards age, sex, education and work experience. However, in case we cannot offer you candidates to suit your needs, we provide you other possible options (bulletin board, other relevant addresses, ...). Should the enterprise so desire, we provide free of charge personnel selection services.
  4. The search for a profile requested is carried out in a computerized manner; therefore, our Agency can only adjust curriculum variables to the requested profile (e.g. work experience, education/training, age, sex...); personal variables (e.g. being responsible, dynamic, hard-working, smart appearance...) are variables which can only be assessed during a job interview, which shall be conducted either by the employer or by the Employment Agency, depending on the choice of the employer.

3. What do we expect of you?

  1. If you have opted for the company to conduct the selection process with the applicants who have passed the curriculum phase and whom the company wishes to interview, we wish to be informed of every event concerning the applicants provided by the Agency.

  2. Confidentiality of the data supplied and compliance with the employment purposes for the data disclosed.

  3. We are permanently concerned with improving our services; therefore, we would appreciate it if you made complaints and suggestions by taking the time to fill in a form available at our office.

  4. In order to achieve maximum adjustment between the employment conditions offered and those agreed with the applicants selected, you shall have to fill in all the fields in the Job Vacancy Advertising Form.

  5. AME shall assign you a Company reference number; it is IMPORTANT that you remember that code and enter it in the case reserved to this purpose in the Job Vacancy Advertising Form each time you request lists of job applicants.

  6. For us to be able to follow the job vacancy, the company shall have to provide us the results of the selection process, so that we may make relevant notes, inform candidates of the results obtained and close the procedure related to the respective job vacancy.

4. Information on how AME operates

If you are interested in our services, we shall acquaint you with the steps required to handle the job vacancies you advertise through our office.

These steps shall centre on the following points:

  1. Each time you request lists of applicants to fill various job positions you shall address our offices located in :Plza. Maestro Palau 17 Moncada, Tel. 96.139.00.43, Fax 96.130.10.51; to ensure a correct handling of your job vacancy, you shall have to supply the information entered in the Job Vacancy Advertising Form.
    Remember that the more complete is the information you entered in the form, the more likely it is that the profile of the candidates selected suits the profile you request.

  2. You should know that the company has the choice of either conducting itself the entire selection process or requesting the Municipal Employment Agency, through the free selection process, to operate a selection and put forward 2 or 3 candidates best suiting the characteristics of the available job position.

  3. When requested to provide to the company candidates suiting a certain profile you requested in the Job Vacancy Advertising Form, our Agency shall carry out a computerized search in the database; therefore, our Agency can only adjust curriculum variables to the requested profile (e.g. work experience, education/training, age, sex...); personal variables (e.g. being responsible, dynamic, hard-working,...) are variables which can only be assessed during a selection interview, which shall be conducted either by the company or by the Employment Agency, depending on the choice of the company.

  4. If you have chosen to handle yourself the entire selection process with the candidates which have passed the curriculum phase and whom the company considers appropriate to interview, we shall not be liable for the attitude of the candidates in their relations with your company; however, we request to be informed of any incident in this respect.

  5. If your company manages to find, by other ways, a suitable candidate for a particular job vacancy advertised, while we are handling such vacancy, we kindly request you to inform us as soon as possible to discontinue the process. As you well know, before providing to your company information on applicants, our Agency contacts each applicant by phone to secure the consent for the communication of data.

  6. Each candidate registered in our database when scheduled for a job interview, shall bring a Letter of Introduction. In this letter, the person in charge with the selection shall have to enter the date of the interview and affix the company seal. The respective copy shall be returned by the candidate to our office.

  7. After the selection, we kindly request you inform us, as soon as possible, of the result of the selection, especially when the candidate was selected among the candidates put forth by our office.

  8. Our Employment Agency shall assign you a Company reference number; it is IMPORTANT that you remember that code and enter it in the case reserved to this purpose in the Job Vacancy Advertising Form each time you request lists of job applicants.
